Added Adva::Config.email_header however at the moment I plan to add some columns to Site model, cos otherwise multisite would not be supported.

Clements: SaaS: Newsletters' "From" addresses shouldn't be editable
Priit: I read form spec:
one important thing is, that the “from” must be changeable by site > owner but must be “static” in relation to newsletter mailings.
So basically "from" address will come from @site.email as now when @newsletter.email is empty. I'll remove @newsletter.email column and view field and make @site.email required, so that there should not be any nil email.

I thnik I need to make Newsletter as section, cos I have to save newsletter email (and don't want to add it under site model).
Moreover, users need some public page where can hold some general info about newsletters etc.
Anything against start using section for newsletter?

For the frontend we can also always use a Cell for rather simple views.
What's wrong with configuring the newsletter config per Site?

ok, cell is good idea for that.
However, I'll bring on one new model for holding outgoing email aadress and future newsletter preferences/settings.
I just don't want to put newsletter outgoing address to Site model cos I want to keep every engine as independent as possible.

Currently it's implemented where email header should be defined in root app initialization. However header settings are global and probably I should implement also multisite support?
