ruby 1.9.1 branch pushed up

I pushed ruby 1.9.1 branch (http://github.com/svenfuchs/adva_cms/tree/ruby191), so everyone who is playing with adva on ruby 1.9.1 please use it until ruby191 branch is ready to merge with master.
