Artweb-design adva cms

I'm sorry if i'm bothering anyone with this post but i'm losing my mind here. So i'm trying for 3 days now to install adva cms 0.2.3 on windows xp and ubuntu. I went here http://adva-cms.org/ then here http://github.com/svenfuchs/adva_cms/tree/master. I followed the README instruction and here is what I get

This is the same on windows and on ubuntu. I'm am a newbie in the RoR world so if anyone has a suggestion or knows what I'm doing wrong please HELP me.
