breadcrumb navigation incomplete for newsletters

When navigating to an existing newsletter, say 'My Newsletter' the breadcrumb shows as follows:

My Site 1 -> Newsletters -> Issues

with 'My Newsletter' missing between 'Newsletters' and 'Issues'
