menus in more ways

I had a need to use the menus in 3 forms
- flat_menu (same as in adva cms now. all sections in a single
UL)
- top_level_menu (only the grand parents of sections, no
children. one UL)
- nested_menu (entire hierarchy of sections as they are arranged. UL > LI > UL > ...)
More stuff to notice
1. Only published ones get listed. Drafts are ignored.
2. droppy js added to :default, :common (http://github.com/jaz303/droppy,
MIT License)

So in the end, flat menu has its pros for fast loading and ease of use. Top level menu has the search by professional dissertation writers sections and nested menu is the same as flat menu but with more options on the page (related to sections).
