- set default location_id to nil
- Create a standard resource named "locations" (i.e. model, controller and views) in the regular places. We'll extract that to a separate adva_location engine later if need be.
- Add the resource to the calendar/event concept. Add a link to it in the sidebar (Manage >> Locations).
