Emails: default limit

Limit of sending 25 emails per process: Should be configurable per config/initializer (class/module variable) and probably much higher per default.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
added Adva::Config and config/initializers/adva.rb + script/setup updated, what will copy it to users config/initializers directory.
If Adva::Config looks ok way to go, then others can use it as well to let users to define adva config values.
I updated default value to 150, hope suits better. Cronjob trigger each minute new process util all messages are sent.
