article meta location

Article meta is useful but current implementation is a bit too aggressive, I suggest to move it to right menu where are other stuff and let's keep clean main article edit section as it was.
Or perhaps it should collapse with js at least.
By the way, perhaps we should implement right side collapse behavior as well?
