Clicking 'Profile' then 'Site users' results in a 404

When logged in clicking on the 'Profile' link followed by clicking on the 'Site Users' link results in a 404. The url generating the 404 looks as follows: http://some_site/admin/sites//users. Note the absence of the sites :id.
