Invalid user name causes article creation error

Create a new cms application. When asked for the initial user
and password, use admin / admin. The
dialog asks for an email, but admin is accepted. Now,
when you try to create your first article, this will fail without
any hint that it's because admin doesn't look like an
email address.
I recommend to add a validation to the
Admin::InstallController if you really need to ignore
validation in User#create_superuser. Or at least,
raise a better error message.
