Upgrading/Translation issues on Rails >= 2.3.6

Hi guys,
while adva cms looks promising and might be really helpful for what I need right now (some user editable content in an otherwise customized rails app), I didn't get it to run on Rails 2.3.6 and on Rails 2.3.8. (It seemed to work fine on 2.3.4, as advertised.)
Apparently adva_cms and the newer i18n versions don't like each other too much, because I saw exceptions and missing translations stemming from i18n. I didn't try to replace rails' 2.3.6 builtin i18n with an older one, though.
And here is my question: do you plan to support later 2.3.x rails versions? Or do you leave adva_cms where it is right now? Do you plan to upgrade to rails 3?
