There are basically two types of customers which Blue Dart have . One is a cash customer and the other one is credit customer.If you will notice the AWB of Blue Dart , there is a box made on the top left corner to enter customer code .The customer who signs an agreement and gets into a monthly contract are given a code (For Ex :001234). When a credit customer books his shipment that particular code is mentioned in that box and the same is punched in the system for monthly billing .For all the cash customers , a standard code (000000) is used which depicts a cash customer . When a shipment is booked in cash this code is mentioned and a separate cash receipt by trackon courier tracking customer care is issued to the customer , comprising of the freight charges , taxes etc .
