User management for SaaS

Implement user management for SaaS in both, SaaS and adva-cms. This includes:
- Signup process
- Account management (user can update their account details)
- Send/reset password
- Account management (superusers can manage all accounts)
- other stuff that is unclear by now.
Details and scheduled hours can only be fixed after stories have been written. See #64 and #70.
