New site admin cannot login

Site admin is redirected to login screen when he tries to login. This is because after login user is directed to overview page that is only for superusers.

Site admin should be directed to correct website not to superuser root.

... or rather, the sites overview page should be accessible for an admin but only display those sites that he actually is admin for?
