Backend: Articles comments does not show up if section comments are turned off
Reported by Marko Seppä | October 2nd, 2008 @ 10:49 AM | in Sprint #2
1) Create a blog with commenting set to 'Comments are not allowed' 2) Create an article for blog with commenting set to 'Comments never expire' 3) Publish the article 4) Write a comment in frontend 5) Backend is not showing new comments for the article because it uses sections comments settings to check if article accepts comments, not articles itself.
Section comment settings in this case (blog and in case of normal section) is just to be a default value for an articles commenting option when creating one.
