Clear cache for assets

Currrently, adva-cms does not clear the cached css and js. See the note in plugins/page_cache_tagging/lib/page_cache_tagging.rb:
TODO can not simply kill the whole cache dir unless in multisite mode. this misses assets as stylesheets from themes though because they are not referenced as cached, yet.
